Our Objectives: FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES,
Is aimed at creating a new Generation with the full Knowledge of God and His glory for life to everlasting in the Heavens to stop the perishing and destruction of God’s People in Hell and lake of fire for lack of knowledge. Read Psalms 78:6-8. In comparison with Hosea 4:6. And John 17:3. And Isaiah 11:9.
We achieve the above objectives through re- preaching and teaching the everlasting gospel of salvation, which is the kingdom of God and His righteousness in the kingdom of heavens. See (Revelation 14:6, Ephesians 1:13. Mathew 24:14, Matthew 6:33, Matthew 10:7-8)
The above everlasting gospel of salvation, we re-preach and teach it through God’s Worldwide promised greatest, last revival and restoration of all things in the heavens and in the Earth in preparing the entire world for the 2nd coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ and an End, Read Matthew 17:11, Acts 3:20-21 and Luke 8:16-17.
The above God’s worldwide promised greatest, last Revival and Restoration of all things in the heavens and in the Earth, is God worldwide promised final work on the Earth, in which God call the entire world to work with Him, which fulfills God’s Worldwide Promised call which is based in Uganda the pearl of Africa from the year 2020. Read Romans 9:28-29. For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth. And as Isaiah said before, except the Lord of hosts had left us a descendant, we had been as Sodom, and been made like unto Gomorrah. In comparison with Isaiah 41:4. Who has performed and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he. And 2Thessalonians 1:11. Therefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: And Romans 11:29. For the gifts and calling of God are unchangeable.
Amendments:
We reserve the right, at our discretion as guided by the Holy Spirit according to the order, Principle or Rhythm of the light of the Word of God, the Holy Scriptures of the Holy Bible, Read Romans 8:14. In comparison with Isaiah 28:9-11. And Psalms 119:105. And Proverbs 6:23.
To change these Terms at any time, such change/s will be effective fourteen (14) days following posting of the revised Terms on the Site. And for that reason inform you that your continued use of the Site thereafter shall mean that you have accepted those changes. Read Hebrews 8:7-8. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. For finding fault with them, he says, Behold, the days come, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Ability to Accept Terms.
The Site is designed for all categories of human beings all over the world, whom God created in His own Image and likeness regardless of their age and color among others, Read Genesis 1:26-27. And Jeremiah 32:26-27 following the great commission the lord Jesus left us with in Mathew 28:19; of making All nations disciples of Jesus Christ.

Term and Termination.
These Terms are effective until they are terminated by FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES or you. FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate these Terms and/or your access to the Site, or any part thereof, immediately at any time and with a just cause (as defined by the Word of God and known to it)) but without your consent. FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of the Site, or any part thereof. If you object to any term or condition of these Terms, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with the Site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Site. Upon termination of these Terms, you shall cease all use of the Site.
Independent Contractors.
You and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES. You must not under any circumstances make, or undertake, any warranties, representations, commitments or obligations on behalf of FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES.
Assignment.
These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES without restriction or notification to you. Any prohibited assignment shall be null and void.
Governing Law.
FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Site at any time. These Terms and the relationship between you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to their principles of conflict of laws.
DISAGREEMENT RESOLVE.
Mandatory, two-sided Mediation. YOU AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES AGREE THAT ANY DISAGREEMENT, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING UNDER, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH, THIS AGREEMENT (EACH "DISPUTE") SHALL BE RESOLVED ONLY BY FINAL AND BINDING BILATERAL ARBITRATION, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in the lower courts of law and the right to seek injunctive or other reasonable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misuse or violation of a party’s Intellectual Property Rights.
(A) Settlement Rules
You and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES hereby further agree that the Uganda Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2000 applies to these Terms to arbitrate.
Unless you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES expressly agree otherwise in writing in respect of a Disagreement, the settlement shall be administered by an arbitrator that shall be communicated by the FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES pursuant to Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the HOLY BIBLE and the laws of Uganda. The mediator must honor the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including all liability exclusions and limitations).
You and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES agree that any discontent arising from the arbitration process of a Disagreement brought by either you or FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES, it shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction.
(B) No Class Arbitrations
THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT DOES NOT ALLOW CLASS ARBITRATIONS. YOU AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO PURSUE ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. UNLESS YOU AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES EXPRESSLY AGREE OTHERWISE IN WRITING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE INDIVIDUAL PARTY’S DISPUTE WITH ANY OTHER PARTY’S DISPUTE(S), AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING
The mediator’s guidance and award is final and binding, with some exceptions under the Arbitration Act.
(C) Location
Unless you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES expressly agree otherwise in writing, the arbitration will take place in-person in Kampala Uganda, or any other place as may be agreed upon by FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES and you.
(D) Small Claims Court
Although the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in a lower court for Disputes within the scope of such court’s jurisdiction.
(E) Opting Out of this Mandatory Arbitration.
You can decline this agreement to arbitrate by contacting focusofgodapp@gmail.com or focusofgod@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of the date you initially agreed to be bound by these Terms ("Effective Date") and stating that you (include your first and last name, as well as your mailing address) decline this arbitration agreement. Furthermore, and notwithstanding the provisions regarding modification of these Terms, if FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES changes this Dispute Resolution Section after the Effective Date, you may reject any such change by providing FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES with a written notice of such rejection to FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES within thirty (30) days of the date such change became effective. In order to be effective, the notice must include your full name and clearly indicate your intent to reject the change(s) to this Dispute Resolution Section. By rejecting such change(s), you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any Dispute between you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES in accordance with the provisions of this Arbitration Act as of the Effective Date (or the date you accepted any subsequent changes to this Agreement), unless you declined this arbitration agreement in the manner described above.
(F) All aspects of the arbitration proceeding, including but not limited to the decision and award of the arbitrator and compliance therewith, shall be strictly confidential. The parties agree to maintain its confidentiality, unless (and in such cases, only to the extent) otherwise required by applicable Law. This paragraph shall not prevent a party from submitting to a court of competent jurisdiction any information necessary to enforce an arbitration award, or to seek equitable relief.
(G) In the event that any hearing should arise between you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES in any court of competent jurisdiction in a proceeding to vacate or enforce an arbitration award YOU AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL, instead electing that the proceeding be resolved by a judge. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the plaintiff/claimant and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the claimant’s individual claim. If you prevail in arbitration you will be entitled to an award of attorneys' fees and expenses, to the extent provided under applicable Law. FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES will not seek, and hereby waives all rights FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES may have under applicable Law other than that in the Bible. To recover attorneys’ fees and expenses if FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES prevails in arbitration, unless you assert a frivolous claim.
General.
These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between you and FULL KNOWLEDGE OF GOD INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES concerning the Site. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. There shall be no claims whatsoever brought against the ministry as a result of invalidating any of the terms of use by the court/s of law. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and a party's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
These terms and conditions shall take effect from 2020-08-02
