Objectives for Full Knowledge of God International Ministries


The objectives for which the Company is established are:

  • To engage in evangelism work within and outside the country as circumstances may warranty.

  • To engage in productive activities for the purpose of raising the standards of living of the communities in which the Company operates and for the general development of such areas.

  • To establish schools, bible colleges and universities in order to improve the education standards of community members through providing bursaries and scholarships, particularly those that pertain to values within the areas of operation of the Company and to be fully equipped with necessary skills for furtherance of the objectives of the Company.

  • To improve incomes of community members through community projects such as poultry and livestock farming, subsistence and commercial farming to foster the mission of the Company throughout the country.

  • To coordinate and focus suitable resources and programmes to support community members.

  • To facilitate and identification of specific projects between African countries that could lead to the furtherance of the objectives of the Company.

  • To do any and all things towards the fulfilment of the above objectives of the Company.

  • To own and acquire property in the form of land, buildings, machinery, vehicles and any other equipment necessary to realize the above projects and any other projects that will be approved by the Company.

  • To establish, run, operate and manage centres for training and acquisition of professional skills.

  • To take over legal ownership and management of all current and future assets owned or to be acquired and or owned by the Company.

  • To set up and establish Radio Stations, Television Stations for the purpose of spreading the objectives of the Company and to also do the same through the pamphlets, brochures, books, crusades, public lectures, films, plays, music, newspapers articles and any other usable form or material.

  • To open business enterprises and concerns for the benefit of the Company.

  • To enter any type of contract for and on behalf of the Company.

  • To do and undertake any venture which in the opinion of members is beneficial to the Company.

  • To borrow or raise money in such manner as the Company shall think fit and secure the repayment of any money borrowed, raised or owned by mortgage, charge or lien upon the whole or any part of the Company property or assets (whether present or future) and also by similar guarantee the performance by the Company or any obligation or liability it may undertake.

  • To initiate and sustain the Company’s programmes and operations.

  • To secure and guarantee by mortgage, charge, lien or otherwise the performance by the Company of any obligation or liability it may undertake.

  • To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading, warrants, and other negotiable or transferable instruments.

  • To apply for, promote and obtain any degree, Act of Parliament, ordinance, Provisional Order, letters of patent or license for enabling the Company to carry on any of its objects into effect or for effecting any modification of the Company’s Constitution or for other purpose which may seem expedient and in particular proceedings or applications which may seem necessary for obtaining such degree, Act of parliament, Ordinance, Provisional Order, Letters Patent or license and to oppose proceedings or applications which may seem calculated directly or indirectly to prejudice the Company’s interests.

  • To enter into any arrangement with any governments or authorities (supreme, municipal, local or otherwise) or any corporation companies, or persons that may seem conducive to the Company’s objectives, or any of them and to obtain from any government authority, corporation, company or persons any charters, contracts, decrees, rights, privileges and concessions.

  • To erect and construct buildings and works of every description on the Company’s land and elsewhere and generally to deal with and improve the property and or lands of the Company.

  • To develop the resources in lands, buildings and rights for the time being of the Company and in particular by laying out and preparing land for building purposes, constructing, altering, pulling down, decorating, maintaining, furnishing fitting up and improving and by advancing money to and entering into contracts and arrangements of all kinds with builders, tenants and others.

  • To carry on any other business (whether management or otherwise) which may seem to the Company capable of being conveniently carried on in connection with the above, or calculated directly or indirectly to enhance the value of or render profitable any of the Company’s property or rights;

  • To acquire and undertake the whole or any of the business, property and liabilities of any person or company carrying on any business which the company is authorized to carry on or possessed of property suitable for the purposes of the Company;

  • To receive money on deposit or loan with or without allowance of interest thereon;

  • To do all such other things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objects.
